- Lead clients' projects and remain responsible for their daily management, under the supervision of an Account Director, while building strong relationships and fostering good team spirit with both clients and members of the agency to bring great ideas and creative work to life.
- Coordinate various digital and social media projects from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning.
- Ensure that the creative team/traffic manager/production manager/media are aligned throughout a project, to meet deadlines and coordinate workflow.
- Maintain responsibility for any difficulties and finding solutions during the project while keeping the Account Director informed throughout.
- Manage/coach junior Accounts.
- Manage the agency's billing system and be responsible for invoicing, and issuing POs, etc. with a clear understanding of the financial forecast/overview of your clients.
- Possess thorough working knowledge of all agency systems: plan briefings, reviews, follow planning procedures, etc.
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring work is produced efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Min 4 years' experience in account servicing and/or project management
- Skillful project management
- A thorough understanding of (and appreciation for) social media, and the main features, benefits and limitations of all of the major social platforms.
