- Sales support function for all Media related jobs
- Create and distribute sales contracts for Agencies as well as client direct.
- Manage and update sales forecasts.
- Manage and update sales inventory.
- Manage and liaise with creative agency for artwork – Production.
- Manage and liaise with various print houses – Production.
- Manage flighting crews for application – Production.
- Manage, collate, and compile Proof of flighting reports on a monthly /weekly basis.
- Create and distribute production orders.
- Follow up on Media instructions and Purchase orders from clients as well as suppliers.
- Compile and create costing spreadsheets and media schedules.
- Managing sales for 3rd party sites
- Transit Ads and Golf Ads – Sales Support function for both divisions of Provantage
- Field general telephone enquiries and tend to briefs. Dealing with advertising agencies and client direct.
- General support to sales team and Account Executives. Managing sales targets vs contracts in hand.
- Prepare presentations and costing schedules for sales pitches. Support to 5 Account Executives.
- Responsible for accurate monitoring of campaign delivery and post campaign analysis.
- Ensure implementation of agreed standards and timeframes. Creating and preparing Contracts on NAV.
- Foster good working relationship with relevant agency personnel.
- Undertake projects and other ad hoc duties as required. Scheduling and attending client appointments.
- Identifying new business to target – and who relevant contact persons are.
- Reporting monthly and weekly sales results to the sales team.
