RPO Recruitment's client, a leading company in the mining industry, is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager (Sales) to join their team in Gauteng.

Responsibilities:

Management of Mines, Buyers, Agents and suppliers in Africa, for the marketing and selling of products.
Manage and grow key accounts within the mining industry.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy
Good understanding of Mining in Africa, Floatation, Sulphide Based Ores, Metallurgy and Mineralogy reports
Minimum of 8 years' Africa Mining Sales experience
Minimum of 8 years' experience in Mining, flotation, sulphidebased ores processing, laboratory flotation trials
Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar sales role in the mining industry.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the mining industry, including relevant products and services.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
