    Your key job responsibilities as the Danish speaking Customer Service Ambassador in Cape Town, South Africa:

    • Deliver world-class customer service to Danish speaking customers via email, chat, and phone
    • Assist customers with inquiries, order placements, returns, and product information
    • Maintain a deep knowledge of our luxury product catalogue to provide personalised recommendations
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience
    • Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements to enhance service quality

    Requirements for this Danish speaking Customer Service Ambassador job in Cape Town, South Africa:

    • Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken
    • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with colleagues and support international customers
    • Passion for luxury brands and products
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Previous customer service experience, preferably in eCommerce or luxury retail
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
    • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and customer service software is a plus
