  • Reside within Western Cape
  • South African Citizen
  • Valid Matric Certificate a must
  • Own laptop,fibre,UPS or back up inverter as well as own headset

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work and learn in a fast paced environment
  • Meet daily objectives and targets
  • Consistently reach performance targets and standards relating to productivity, adherence, turnaround time
  • Ensure that Quality and Compliance requirements are adhered to
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure a professional, polite and efficient service is offered by acting as an ambassador
  • Excellent telephone etiquette Preferred Skills
