Description
A division within Data Discovery is seeking virtual sales agents with debt review experience.

This is a Cape Town based role.


You need to have your own laptop and Fibre internet line as well as a back-up generator or UPS in the event of load shedding.

This is a full-time position, working 45 hrs per week.


What we are looking for:

Ø Matric or Grade 12 / Matric or Equivalent qualification

Ø Minimum of 6 months to a year debt review telemarketing (outbound) experience within a Contact Centre environment is a prerequisite

Ø Experience with use of a Dialler

Ø Ability to meet and exceed daily set targets - Target driven individual

Ø Excellent telephone etiquette and customer services

Ø Detailed Orientated

Ø Discipline to work independently unsupervised

Ø Reliable individual

Ø Computer knowledge (speed, accuracy and navigation)

Ø South African Citizen

Ø An existing dedicated or upgradeable uncapped Fibre line with 20Mbs upload and 20Mbs Download

Ø Windows 10 or higher

Ø 32 gig hard drive or 100G Hard drive or more

Ø 4 gigs ram or more

Ø I3 processor or higher

Ø Back-up generator and UPS

Ø Strong sales experience-This is not negotiable

Ø Strong communication skills


Ø Home office environment that must be free from background noise where you can connect the equipment directly to the router/modem via Ethernet cable.

The environment must be private where you remain uninterrupted and undistracted.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3-6 months

R5,500.00 per month
