The Brand Manager is responsible for managing all brand and marketing related deliverables for the brand and its stores. You will be required to implement all communications, drive brand equity and ensure consistency across all brand touch points.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

KEY TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Management: Creatively direct & manage all brand communications, assets & collateral to ensure that the brand standards are upheld, the brand remains relevant, aspirational, innovative & desirable, whilst communicating clearly & creating strong brand equity
campaigns, content creation, packaging design, promotions, messaging, etc)
- Trade Marketing: Manage all print & other physical executions for instore collateral, to execute on the brands communications deliverables for campaigns and promotions, to ensure consistent messaging across the store network & deliver on business growth

- 3rd party payments & ordering: Manage sweetbeet's 3rd party digital channels for online ordering, payments, rewards, coupons & vouchering, to leverage the channels for customer acquisition & business growth, as well as managing the brands presence
UberEats, Mr D, *Pilot loyalty for ambassadors/influencers, *Varsity Vibe, SnapScan, etc)
- PR, Ambassadors/Influencers & Partnerships: Manage sweetbeet's public relations across all channels & manage relationships with its ambassadors, influencers, media & all other key stakeholders, to ensure that the brand's communications achieve widespread awareness & the brand earns positive & far reaching endorsement. Manage key strategic brand/supplier partnerships to deliver strong brand equity, collaborating with brands to align strategically & leverage each other's consumers & brand value
vida, Happy Culture, Bos, Grumpy, Nature's Nutrition, etc)
- Events & Activations: Manage all consumer facetoface engagements in & out of home, creating meaningful & engaging consumer & key stakeholder experiences, to communicate the brands messages & build strong relationships & human connections with sweetbeet's audience, with the support of the Central Kitchen and Operations team members
Influencer experiences, Monday Motivation, Willow Kids in the Kitchen, vida collab events, etc)
- Customer Service &
Community Management:
Manage all aspects of customer relationships & community management, across all touch-points, both in-store & digitally, to ensure that all sweetbeet's customer interactions are dealt with effectively & efficiently, with the support of the vida group Community/Customer Service Manager and the respective Operations team members.
- Budgeting, Admin & Other: Manage all budget, admin and other related tasks associated with managing an organized, effective and efficient marketing department.
BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Marketing/Communications
- Functional: Minimum 3 years exp
- Industry: Quick Service Restaurant, FMCG
- Leadership/Management: Minimum 1 year
Education:
- Bachelors (preferred)
Experience:
- Quick Service Restaurant,
FMCG:
3 years (required)
