Our client based in Cape Town is looking for Service Consultants


Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing all clients and resolving requests first time
  • Provide accurate and consistent information, meeting all quality standards
  • Be a brand ambassador, allowing the brand presence to be felt as an extension of the experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 (Essential)
  • Services (Advantageous)
years of Managed Care operations experience (Essential)

  • Additional 4 years of Managed Care operations experience (Advantageous)
