Role Profile / Location:
A Fixed Term Contract Position (36 Months) in the Financial Services Industry (Banking Sector) based in Centurion (Gauteng)

REMUNERATION DATA:
R555, PA Total Annual Cost to Company

Job Summary:

My Client is in search of a suitably qualified and experienced individual to assume the above-mentioned fixed term contract role within their organisation.

The successful incumbent will provide legal advice, legal opinions and solutions to business units and branches and support the GM:

Insolvencies & Recoveries in monitoring performance of Specialist Insolvency & Recoveries and Specialist: Debt Collection & BIP by ensuring reports, record keeping and AMS are up to date.

They will manage legal risks of the organisation and will manage the legal recoveries process as well as external service providers performance.

They will also draft and vet various types of agreements pertaining to the legal recovery process.

Key Performance Areas will include:

Management of Legal Recovery Process
Monitoring compliance with all relevant legislation
Manage external Service Providers
Review and development of Policies and Procedures
Manage functional reporting of the Specialist Insolvency and Recoveries and Specialist: Debt Collection and BIP
Manage Stakeholder relationships
Drafting and vetting of legal documents and general legal advice
Compile status reports on recovery from time to time
