Description

We are looking for super organised project/activations coordinators to join our extremely busy team in Cape Town and Durban. The project coordinator is instrumental throughout the planning and delivery of key projects.


Job summary:

To provide a supportive role to the account manager (AM)
To assist the AM in building the existing client business and assisting in developing a new client base
To manage budgets in a cost-conscious manner
To provide excellent client service to our clients


Key job functions will include, but not limited to:
Brand ambassador recruitment and management
Briefing of support services
Scheduling and booking of venues
Procurement of campaign elements
Stock and element distribution to brand ambassadors and management thereof
Management of brand ambassador payment
Collection and compilation of feedback reports
Activation supervision


Requirements:


PC literate:
Excel/PowerPoint/Word

Excellent writing skills
Good marketing knowledge
Creative thinker
Leadership skills - strong motivational and communication skills
Target driven
Well organised
