- Assist in the setup of partner agreements and contracts
- Collect and organize necessary documents from partners for onboarding
- Ensure all partner information is accurately entered into Salesforce for tracking and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with the sales and partnerships team to create compelling presentations and proposals
- Help prepare materials for meetings and presentations to prospective partners and merchants
- Maintain regular communication with partners and merchants post-meeting.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on action items and commitments
- Provide exceptional support to partners to foster strong, long-term relationships
- Assist in analyzing partnership performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Generate reports and insights to guide decision-making
- Facilitate training sessions for merchants and partners on how to effectively use the Genesis back-office system, including navigating billing, statements, and transaction tracking
- Provide continuous support and guidance on how partners can monitor their merchants' volumes and activities
- Develop and update training materials and resources to ensure easy accessibility and understanding of back-office functionalities
- Act as a liaison between merchants, partners, and the technical team for any issues or queries related to the Genesis back-office system
- Fluency in Dutch as well as English language
- Highly organizational abilities, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently are crucial
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and negotiate with clients and partners
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to innovate, learn, and share knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Any relevant experience in the payments, travel, e-commerce, crypto, or fintech industry is considered an advantage
