    Are you passionate about the payments industry and looking for a role where you can make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Junior Business Development Manager – Partnershipswith Dutch to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of partners and merchants.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the setup of partner agreements and contracts
    • Collect and organize necessary documents from partners for onboarding
    • Ensure all partner information is accurately entered into Salesforce for tracking and reporting purposes
    • Collaborate with the sales and partnerships team to create compelling presentations and proposals
    • Help prepare materials for meetings and presentations to prospective partners and merchants
    • Maintain regular communication with partners and merchants post-meeting.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups on action items and commitments
    • Provide exceptional support to partners to foster strong, long-term relationships
    • Assist in analyzing partnership performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
    • Generate reports and insights to guide decision-making
    • Facilitate training sessions for merchants and partners on how to effectively use the Genesis back-office system, including navigating billing, statements, and transaction tracking
    • Provide continuous support and guidance on how partners can monitor their merchants' volumes and activities
    • Develop and update training materials and resources to ensure easy accessibility and understanding of back-office functionalities
    • Act as a liaison between merchants, partners, and the technical team for any issues or queries related to the Genesis back-office system

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in Dutch as well as English language
    • Highly organizational abilities, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently are crucial
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and negotiate with clients and partners
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Willing to innovate, learn, and share knowledge
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Any relevant experience in the payments, travel, e-commerce, crypto, or fintech industry is considered an advantage
