About Crystal Jacobs:

I have been in a business related field for over 10 years and I love it because I enjoy challenges. I have found that more often then not, it takes me out of my comfort zones and adds to my maturity and widens my knowledge. I have a very big network of acquaintances but only a handful of close friends.I am very goal orientated. I know what I want and I am determined to put in the work to get it. I prefer to surround myself with like minded people.

Experience

I have been at my current company 10 years altogether. I started out as a customer assistant on tills and the sales floor. I them got promoted to Supervisor where I was in charge of managing over 15 people and making sure they adhere to company policies and procedures. I then got promoted to an HR & Finance Administrator where I did staff planners and scheduling, managed payroll, kept records of important documents and personal files of staff in order and private in compliance with the POPI Act. I worked on Oracle financials where I ordered stock and kept all financial paperwork in order and on file. I then applied to become a technical assistant, which is my current role, where I am learning the technical side of the business. I manage and analyse data and compile large amounts of raw data into advanced excel reports that gets rolled out to the rest of the business.

Education

I finished Matric in 2009. Studied Education at False Bay College in 2015 for which I have an N4 certificate and I passed Education with a distinction.
