I’ve supported individuals, couples, adolescents, and families through more than 200 one-to-one therapy sessions and numerous group interventions, achieving a 90% client goal attainment rate and helping clients make measurable improvements in anxiety management, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. My work has been recognised for re-engaging long-term disengaged clients, fostering resilience, and creating safe, compassionate spaces where people feel empowered to achieve lasting personal growth.
