  • Machine experience: Krauss Maffei 4000ton,3200ton,1300ton,2000ton, Engel 5500 CC300, Engel CC200 3200ton, Haitian Machines from350 - 2000ton, Negri Bossi from 1000ton to 2700ton
  • Tool Optimization
  • Robot experience includes; Fanuc, Sepro and Sytrama.
  • Complete manufacturing of End of Arm tooling (Robot Grippers)
  • Managing Setters and Senior setters
  • SYSPRO
  • ISAR`s, FMEA, 8D, Process Flow, Control Plans, Action Plans.
  • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • SOP`s 
  • Work Instructions for Process Packs 

Education

Principles of Advanced Injection Moulding 
NQF Level 4

  • Understanding and implementing basic approaches to using and looking after machinery and
  • equipment. 
  • Understanding and implementing procedures related to various aspects of the production process.  
  • Relating principles and concepts to workplace activities, materials and equipment.
  • The basics of how a business functions. 
  • Their role in the business, i.e. in production and related activities. 
  • Legislation, regulations, agreements and policies related to a particular work environment
