    Description
    beBee Professionals is seeking a Non-Profit Event Coordinator to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events for our non-profit organization.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in event planning and coordination, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    The candidate should also have a strong understanding of budgeting and financial management.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Developing and executing event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors
    • Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
    • Developing and managing event budgets
    • Coordinating with vendors to ensure all event needs are met
    • Developing and implementing marketing and promotional plans
    • Developing and managing event timelines
    • Ensuring all event requirements are met
    • Developing and managing event evaluations
    • Developing and managing post-event reports
    • Developing and managing event sponsorships
    • Developing and managing event volunteers
    • Developing and managing event staff
    • Developing and managing event communications
    • Developing and managing event databases
    • Developing and managing event websites
    • Developing and managing event registration systems
    • Developing and managing event surveys
    • Developing and managing event social media
