Are you a master of multitasking with a keen eye for detail? LGL Staffing, on behalf of an esteemed client, is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team in Gqeberha. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be the driving force behind a successful team. As a Personal Assistant, you'll be the linchpin, ensuring seamless communication, impeccable organization, and efficient administration.

Responsibilities:

Timely response to external and internal client requests.
PA Duties (department): Taking messages and proficiently typing documents.
PA Duties (Partners): Managing diaries, completing timesheets, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between clients, supervisors, managers, and partners.
Ensure the department adheres to administrative procedures.
Assist in coordinating departmental training and meeting events.
Take responsibility for timely and accurate minutes during management meetings.
Provide essential administrative support to the department to meet deadlines and uphold company standards.
Prepare working files for review.

Requirements:

Grade 12 qualification.
2 to 3 years of administrative experience.
