    Description

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve international growth targets.

    Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential markets, clients, and strategic partnerships.

    Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive business objectives.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize offerings and solutions to meet diverse market needs.

    Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships to support expansion efforts.

    Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to capitalize on market opportunities.

    **Requirements:**

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

    Proven track record of a minimum 1 year in international business development, preferably within offshoring / outsourcing industry

    Demonstrated success in expanding market presence and achieving sales targets.

    Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a multicultural understanding.

    Ability to travel internationally as needed.
