Our client, a well-established, multi-division company with a national footprint within the FMCG sector is looking to on-board an experienced Chief Financial Officer based in KZN.

The key imperative of this role will be to maintain the sustainability of core company operations, whilst developing strategic market position.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the overall financial strategy of the business and drive the financial agenda.
  • Successfully manage a number of strategic projects. Inclusive of continuous improvement projects, productivity projects, and corrective projects.
  • Develop, set and lead financial strategies to fund growth.
  • Navigate and manage new business ventures (new revenue streams), including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of funding to achieve business plans.
  • Build future growth pipeline.
  • Drive budget and strategic plan financial performance.

Qualifications:


  • CA (SA) and/or CIMA (CGMA / ACMA)
