About Kashanie Joseph:
Over the years I have been filtering through many industries the clothing textile , secretary , security industry as well as in the catering business. However when I joined the BPO Call center environment I started as an agent moved up into the training environment for about a year then had an opportunity to move to the next level of a Team Leader. Being a Team Leader, You lead by example and you lead people to be the best version of themselves. I have now successfully completed SETA Accredited NQF Level for Operation Management as well.
The drive in the call center environment is phenomenal. I have gained comprehensive knowledge and experience over thes past 8 years in CCI. I'M known for my ability to drive and influence our people to guide them through to success.
Me fostering a culture of collaboration and taking accountability have seen tremendous improvement with each member of our team and overall. This has got me to engage in multiple different sectors of the business managing:
