My name is Mthokozisi Michael Zuma, and I currently serve as a Team Leader at the Wns Global (British Gas) Company. I'm writing to apply for the position of Team Leader at your company. With over four years of experience in leadership roles, a background in organizational leadership and certifications to back up my skills, I believe I'm an excellent match for the position.

Over the past three years, I have served as a Team Leader with my current employer. During that time in this position, I have developed a set of skills that help me develop and lead teams successfully. Over the past six years, I have helped people develop into excellent transportation industry leaders, with nearly 80% of them still working with my current organization in leadership roles. Of those who have moved beyond this organization, most are still in the transportation industry.

Before working with the Wns Global (British Gas) Company, I focused on developing my leadership skills as a Team leader at Smart Mobile, helping to meet customer needs. This position gave me the passion to lead and help others grow, leading to an increase in performance from the other people I worked with previously.
