Description
Our client in the IT and Technology sector is recruiting for a Business Development Executive to call on clients based in the retail and hospitality sector.
Duties include:

Lead Generation: Researching potential clients or customers, identifying key decision-makers, and initiating contact to gauge interest in the company's products or services.

Setting Appointments: Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads and ensure that these appointments align with the lead's needs and the company's sales objectives.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with prospects by providing valuable information, addressing inquiries, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. This involves regular follow-ups to keep the company top-of-mind and to progress leads toward conversion.

Metrics Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, appointment scheduling rates, and pipeline progression.
