    We are seeking a Call Coordinator with strong communication skills, professionalism, and multitasking abilities to join our team.

    What you'll do:

    • Call Management
    • SLA Reporting
    • Productive Time
    • Call Escalations
    • Call Updating and Quality Assurance

    Your expertise:

    • Minimum 1 – 2 years Call Coordinator Experience
    • Microsoft Office Knowledge
    • Basic IT knowledge

    Qualifications required:

    • ITIL Foundation V4
    • Soft Skills Certificates
    • Administrative Certification

    Other information applicable to the opportunity:

    • Permanent Position
    • Location: Sandton
    • Work Environment: Office Bound (Onsite)
    • Physical Demands: Bending, sitting, lifting, and driving
    • Travel: Traveling will be required (own transportation required)
