Date:13 Feb 2024- The Junior Leads tester is expected to be an attention to detail person who supports the leads generation for Discovery Connect.

The successful tester must have the ability to be flexible, adaptable and as the ability to build relationships internally and externally for Discovery Connect with the aim to testing of various leads sources.

The tester is expected to support existing lead sources and new opportunities for Discovery Connect through an on-going opimisation of existing or new processes across all Discovery products.

Key Outputs

The successful individual will be required to perform on, but not limited to the following key outputs:
Collaborate with the Discovery Marketing (in particular the digital) team to coordinate testing leads initiatives.
Work together with the systems team within the Discovery Group to resolve queries and escalations.
Communicate with the Discovery Marketing and Connect management teams on status and outcomes through the compiling of reports.
Test existing and new leads generation initatives
Has the ability to identify risks and problems with an aim of quick resolution between teams within Discovery.
Have the ability to test the technical solution against business requirements for leads generation.
Has the ability to be a good executer of tasks winin a welldefined test plan.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum 12 year undergraduate certificate or diploma
Minimum of 2 yearsworking experience
