Job Summary


Job Description:


  • Drive innovation for new revenue streams by coordinating teams across the firm.
  • Develop and implement strategic plan for sales ensuring that ambitions to grow share of primary banked market are met through clear targets and rigorous pipeline management.
  • Strategic pricing discussions
  • Negotiate and close 'standalone' sales.
  • Ensure that all client follow up activity including call reports, letter, RFP responses etc are produced to a high standard in a tight time frame and that all stakeholders are fully informed.
  • Proactively build an internal and external network that will facilitate the generation of client leads (e.g. Industry/Cash Associations, Chambers of Commerce, Industry seminars etc
  • Maintain high personal visibility with key influencers within the bank and externally, promoting credibility of self and the business's growing capabilities.
Education

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications:
Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
