    Payroll Processing Specialists Freelance Accounting / Finance
    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Soweto. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, a strong understanding of payroll regulations, and excellent organizational and communication skills.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Processing payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
    • Ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll regulations
    • Maintaining payroll records and filing documents
    • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll
    • Reconciling payroll accounts
    • Assisting with the preparation of payroll reports
    • Assisting with the preparation of year-end tax documents
    • Performing other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
    • Strong understanding of payroll regulations
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
