- Ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll regulations
- Maintaining payroll records and filing documents
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll
- Reconciling payroll accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of payroll reports
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end tax documents
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
