Approximate rate: ZARR 85 per hour

Experience

I have experience in:

Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details. 

 Screening potential employee’s resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. 

 Taking minutes during interviews

  Monthly report submission to SETA

  Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. 

 Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms. 

 Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

  Coordinating induction for new interns

I was given exposure to HR/ Company policies, such as BCEA, POPI act , LR ,COIDA and BEE 

 I was trained to use Batho Pele principles  Employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.  Helping the HR team create and implement company and HR policies and procedures and employee handbooks.

  I was responsible for the administration of conditions of services such as, appointments, pension, retirements, housing allowance ,late payments submission and long-term award recognition

  Responsible for the management of leave, capturing leave forms accordingly, monitoring and giving reports to my mentor in case of absenteeism without leave form. 

 Helping the HR managers create and instate a sound recruitment process to fill company job vacancies.

  Responsible for filling all employees confidential records physically and electronically 

 Assisting the payroll manager with submitting monthly payroll reports for interns 

 Supporting employees by providing answers to their questions and addressing their issues.

  Facilitating the design and delivery of employee training programs on topics associated with their positions. 

 Conduct exit interview with employees to discover more about their reasons for leaving the organization and how the HR department can optimize retention. 

 Helping to design and implement the organization’s employee benefits packages, such as retirement savings plans, health insurance, etc. 

Education

I have a  National Diploma in Human Resource Management ,

I did a Premium basic payroll from sage

I did MET excel training with sage
