I am a forward-thinking professional with more than 15 years in Finance and Budget Management and Administration Field. Qualified with an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, Diploma in H.R. Management as well as a Diploma in Public Administration. Very passionate about work.

I obtained a strong background in administration, finance, and human resources, coupled with a passion for organizational efficiency and employee development. In my previous roles as a Student Account Officer, Financial Aid Officer, Head of Student Residences/Residence Superintendent, Facilitator and Researcher, and a Finance Support Consultant, I honed my skills in finance and administration, where I managed various tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data management with precision and attention to detail. 

I hold-a Bachelor of Administration in Industrial Psychology (Honours), Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management, National Diploma in Human Resources Management, and National Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Zululand and the University of KwaZulu-Natal. With over eighteen years of hands-on experience as a Finance Support Consultant, Facilitator and Researcher, Head of Student Residences/Residence Superintendent, Financial Aid Officer, and a Student Account Officer, Njabulo believes that his practical exposure, combined with his academic background and fieldwork, positions him well to contribute meaningfully to the realms of Human Resource Management and Administration. With a solid foundation in Finance and Administration, he is dedicated to excellence and continuously seeks opportunities to enhance his skills and gather valuable experiences for career growth.
