I have 17 years of experience in customer services and pure understanding of global company and customer relations. I am very ambitious, patient , willingness to learn new thing and becoming an a great asset to the company and I love people and I can work individually and as a part of a team and I always put the company and the clients value services first, currently studying ITIL, hoping to get a job and going to write the exam as i am ready to write the exam.

I got retrenched on 2018 due to COVID and I applied to so many companies and I end up doing UBER as a driver and Last month I got into an accident and could not manage to fix the car and now I am not working. I am very patinate about helping people and making a point that I become an asset to the company, can work individually and a good team worker, love technology and learning new things. A+ , N+ and advance Microsoft certified it consist of Word, Excel, Power point and Publisher.
