Day to day HR Administrator Duties (Calvin and Family security) 

Recruitment and Selection .On-boarding and off-boarding of employees. Daily HR Filling and updating employees’ personal files.  Payroll processing (Start to end).  Conduction disciplinary hearings and preparing hearing disciplinary bundles. Issuing UI19 and Provident fund claim forms. Preparing posting and timesheets for all employees. Attending daily HR queries.  Confirmation of employment. Weekly and Monthly HR reports. Monthly meeting with clients
