My professional career has taken me from Technician to technical manager. In my position of Technical Manger my focus is to liaison with clients and other senior staff with security operations team. My support a cross-functional teams to increase productivity and customer satisfaction. Retain strong leadership and interpersonal skills and advance strategic plans set forth by management. As Technical Manger in my organization I am responsible for the maintaining and training of my team members their safety and well-being within the business. I am responsible to look after the workman-ship and performance of operations in the team and business – compliance of workstream and process to the safety regulation and protocols of the company.
