Support timely delivery of technical solutions to address business needs and provide technical through leadership for my team.  Have excellent knowledge of Listener. Sound knowledge of DSC, FBI, CADDX, IDS, Paradox and Texecom systems.  Sound of CCTV, Intercom systems and access control.   Assisting management team and other technicians to identify root causes driving customer false alarms. Collaborating with other business units.   Install & maintain domestic alarm systems as well as perform on-site programming and testing of such systems.   Excellent Customer service for the “difficult” customer.   Conduct service calls / maintenance and repairs of alarms.   Drive a reduction in customer activity rates. General administrative duties.  Complete handovers and quotations.  Complete invoices and job cards after every service call. 

I am working on this time as a technical manager for a security company in Johannesburg.

I am looking for a full-time position with benefits in this industry.  In my resume I am listing my responsibilities and activities on a daily basis as technical manager.  I am willing to relocate.  I want to work and one day retire in Cape Town
