    Customer Support Representatives Freelance Customer Service / Support
    Description
    beBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team in Rustenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing customer relations.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    The candidate should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
    • Identifying customer needs and providing solutions
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Maintaining customer records
    • Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for improvement
    • Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
    • Assisting with other customer service related tasks as needed
