As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely and on time.

• Manage and coordinate all activities on the construction site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the subcontractors, foremen, and other construction personnel
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve any potential problems or conflicts that may impact project progress or quality.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on the site. Working closely with safety officer
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project updates to project manager and client.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role

• Diploma (preferred)

• Construction: 5 years (required)
