    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Rustenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.


    The ideal candidate should have a degree in law, business, or a related field, as well as experience in compliance management.

    They should have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.


    The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for:

    • Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
    • Monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Investigating and resolving compliance issues
    • Developing and delivering compliance training
    • Maintaining records of compliance activities
    • Assisting with the development of internal audit plans
    • Liaising with external auditors and regulators
