Manage a Group of Companies operational workflow of their Travel Division. Manage the Group’s National Fire and First aid contract compliant to the Regulations of the SABS OSHAS Act 1800. Full Function as Personal / Executive Administrative Assistant to: CEO and Board of Directors, Management Area Coordinator, Group Compliance Coordinator, Group Health & Safety Coordinator and Site Security Operations Coordinator. Track and compilation of RQF and Tender bulletins and submission of Tenders/Bid documents. Controlled revised / superseded documents & Logo’s on ISO Format – Design and implementation of Company Procedures unique to each Company – Revision of Procedural Working Documents. Superseding and archive control of the Group’s revised documents – Unique number control of the Internal Communication Briefs within the Group - Oversee the Internal Auditors administration - Coordinating all Travel arrangements for the Board of Directors and Compliance Management.
