Position summary


Our client base in Rustenburg at Northwest is looking for A corporate Services Supervisor who will be responsible for the overall administrative functions of the organization and provide administrative support to management.

The Corporate Services Supervisor, manage the administrative staff, offering guidance, support and direction as well as assign and delegate tasks effectively to Corporate Services team for efficient workflow.

Their job is to ensure that day-to-day administrative processes of the organization run smoothly.


Key responsibilities and duties

  • Coordinates administrative support duties and related office operations directly and/or through the corporate services team
  • Responsible for managing the purchasing and accounting procedures
  • Invoicing processing invoices and checking invoices for accuracy, deal with queries regarding invoices
  • Purchasing processing orders, manage suppliers, review contracts and quotations, verify orders on delivery and create monthly payment schedule. As well as handling queries regarding orders
  • Plans and organizes admin support activities; establishes procedures, processes, and work methods to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage corporate services team to achieve the departments objectives.
  • Recruit, supervise, train and coach corporate services staff participates in the recruitment process,
  • Providing guidance, coaching and necessary training to staff,
  • Assigning duties to corporate services staff and prioritizing workloads
  • Review admin staff performance continually evaluate admin staff performance and provide feedback for improvement,
  • Ensure continuous improvement of processes by Identifying areas that require improvement, departmental inefficiencies and providing appropriate recommendations for resolving these issues.
  • Explain and enforce policies, processes and procedures
- to ensure employees act in accordance with company policies and implement disciplinary action when necessary.

  • Work closely with Training manager and other departments to coordinate administrative staff activities and manage daily workflow.
  • Ensure that the corporate services team follows company standards, guidelines and internal controls for operational efficiency
  • Provide support to resolve any problems faced by the team
  • Develops required databases and other record management activities
  • Collects and compiles department reports or administrative information
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, customers, suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality of information

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative role
  • At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role
  • Qualification in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Projects administration certificate

Salary:
R12, R15,000.00 per month
