Key duties and responsibilities;

  • Ensure that the company's Training projects run smoothly and effectively
  • Responsible for development of processes and operating standards
  • Ensure that project teams work collaboratively
  • Review and analyse projects outputs to continuously improve processes
  • Facilitate the implementation of various skills programs
  • Development and execution of the organizations Training strategy and plans
  • Oversee implementation of Training plans
  • Design and development of curriculum and training material
  • Manage the daytoday Training activities
  • Continuously stay up to date with trends in the Training Industry
  • Ensure all training provided comply with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Must keep up to date with changes in legislation and regulations
  • Must enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure successful implementation of the company policies and procedures (code of conduct, ethics, etc.) at all levels
  • Ensure employees comply with safety and environmental rules and regulations
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients by understanding their needs and managing expectations, and providing feedback and support as required
  • Resolve client queries and concerns by investigating the matter, understanding the solutions, implementing corrective action, and providing feedback to clients
  • Communicate customer issues with Training Facilitators and devise ways of improving the customer experience
  • Ensure that the Training services offered by the company's meet or exceed clients' or customers' expectation
  • Strong understanding of basic customer service principles and must be Customer focused understanding their needs and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions
  • Liaise regularly with clients
  • Act as liaison between the business and SETA's on matters concerning skills development within the industry and the organization
  • Liaise with various external stakeholders

Key requirements:

  • Must be qualified and registered as a Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator preferably with a SETA
  • Tertiary qualification in Training management, or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Training or Learning and development environment
  • Indepth knowledge of learnership programmes implementation and SETA requirements and processes
  • Extensive Knowledge of working with people with Disability will be preferred
  • Proven track record in delivery and execution of projects successfully
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in people management
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities
  • Proven track record of leading a successful team
  • Business and Financial acumen
  • Strong budget development and oversight skills
  • Customer and learner centricity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
  • Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Must be able to work in a highly pressured environment.
  • Must be willing to work outside normal working hours, evenings or public holidays and weekends when necessary.
  • The role involves extensive traveling, must be willing and able to travel regularly.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
R18, R20,000.00 per month
