Requirements:


  • Human Resources or Training Related NQF level 5 years experience in similar role in a mining environment
  • Must have experience in coordinating training for a contractor or mine on a mine site

KPA

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate training for contractor employees with training provider on site
  • Conduct training gap analysis at start
  • Design and update training matrix
  • Weekly and monthly reporting, including variance report
  • Prepare schedule of weekly and monthly training
  • Check if training was conducted and keep record of completed training
  • Ensure planning is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements relating to training on site
  • Audit contractors on a regular basis
