Responsibilities:

Service Existing Clients:
- Regularly communicate with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services.
- Conduct site visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding equipment operation, maintenance, and optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of services, including installation, repairs, and maintenance.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mining and water treatment industry.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts within the industry to generate leads and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of their products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and longterm relationships.
Technical Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of their products, processes, and technologies related to mining and water treatment.
- Stay up to date with industry advancements, regulations, and best practices, and share relevant knowledge with clients and internal teams.
- Provide technical training to clients and internal staff on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to provide feedback on product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the development of new solutions.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Address client concerns and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve any issues or escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in servicing clients and driving new business in the mining and water treatment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mining and water treatment processes, equipment, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resultsoriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Must Have:
- Valid driver licence + own vehicle
- Experience in the mining division
- Must be able to work with a laptop and excel experience will be a big benefit.
- Growth vision is very important and should be selfdriven and be able to take ownership of his duties.
