Description

Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a reputable food production company in the search for a dedicated Maintenance Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about the food industry and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all production equipment.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Coordinate with production and quality control teams to prioritize maintenance activities.
Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide training and support.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with external vendors for equipment repairs and maintenance.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports as required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in the food production industry.
Strong knowledge of production equipment and machinery.
Experience in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Flexible and adaptable to changing production needs.
