Responsibilities:


What we're looking for:


  • Implement preventative maintenance and optimised plant, vehicle or equipment
  • Managing the maintenance department and overseeing electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Manage internal/technical/process projects and developed and controlled maintenance budget and consumables inventory for unit
  • Implement equipment upgrades & enhancements
  • Ensured occupational safety and health
  • Update and implement procedures
  • Facilitate meetings with all stakeholders
  • Investigate and report incidents in maintenance department
  • Conduct internal and assist external audits
  • Manage compliance requirements with local authorities

Qualifications:

What will qualify you for the role

  • Minimum Qualification
  • BTech Engineering
  • 5 years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment, preferably in the baking industry
  • 5 years Managerial experience
  • Computer skills including SAP, MM, SD, MS Office, PLC, etc.
  • Business planning skills
  • Vendor management skills
  • Budgeting Skills
