I am an experienced, reliable, and conscientious Facilities Maintenance Supervisor with several years of extensive experience in electrical & plumbing installations, fault finding, general maintenance, testing and commissioning as well as operational roles in high volume production. A highly motivated team player who can also work independently, I have a broad range of technical experience including installation, troubleshooting and quality. My ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively, while remaining calm under pressure is my core strength.

• Assess maintenance request logged by the helpdesk department using Oracle system
• Updating and closing completed work orders on Oracle system
• Auditing of building, roofing, and general building maintenance
• Preparation of Demand Requisitions (DR), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Orders (PO) and the Motivational document for Capex Project (Capex & Opex)
• Compiling and preparation of tender documents
• Prepare and Ejaculate Bid documents
• Liaise with Stakeholders and Management
• Contract Management
• Administration of contractor’s invoices and processing for payment
• Administration of City of Cape Town Property Rates and processing for payment
• Assessing units when stakeholders are vacating the units, e.g., Restaurants, Shops, etc.
• Assessing completed building maintenance and projects
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Delegation of work orders to contractors
• Preparation of H&S overview file
Education
After completing my matric (Grade 12) I furthered my studies at CPUT were I completed my national diploma under Building Construction.
