As the Repair and Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of skilled professionals in continuously enhancing our properties and creating an unparalleled experience for our guests.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the overall repair and maintenance operations of our properties
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and policies
  • Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule
  • Manage the repair and maintenance budget
  • Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Implement energysaving initiatives
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Relevant qualifications in maintenance or a related field
