Work for a dynamic and leading team in a mutli-facited and fast paced environment at the Waterfront for a new international brand.

You will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in the market front of house, back of house and vendor kitchens and kiosks, reparing and executing preventative maintenance schedules, contracting with suppliers and vendors to perform necessary tasks to ensure the daily operation and safety of the market and our guests, performing repairs on all MEP and public appearance areas.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • A strong background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry maintenance
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in and a general understanding of miscellaneous M&R processes including, painting, drywall etc.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
  • Must be available to respond to emergencies when not physically at site
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with management, coworkers, and vendors
  • Ability to work a variety of varying schedules including nights and weekends
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, followthrough, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with a minimum of supervision
