About Zaza Spayidile:

I currently work at the City of Cape Town as a Administration Assistant in the Tourism Department . This role has heightened my organisational skills so that I can ensure that proper processes are followed through to help the department run smoothly. To survive the pressure that comes with the role, I have had to develop my time-management skills so that I can always work efficiently to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines. 

 

Prior to working for the City of Cape Town, I worked for Northwood Financial Services as an Administration Assistant. In this role I learned administration and advanced computer skills in order to help the company perform well. Being the first person of contact for the company made me understand how a company works and taught me to value the staff and customers.

 

My qualifications in Management have trained me in leadership skills that make me excel at making sure any company can be successful in meeting its goals. I know that I possess the ability to manage with strategy and planning in order to get the results required and build the relationship needed to make the employees and customers happy enough to stay loyal. 

 

As I have demonstrated above, I am passionate about working to help organisations/businesses to be sustainable through management and administration. I hope to hear from you so I can show that I can be an asset to the company.

  • Coordinated submission of all leave applications for the Tourism Department.
  • Supervise staff at Lookout Hill facility

  • Coordinated the maintenance of asset register and verification.
  • Processed travel arrangement and provided secretarial support to the projects teams.

  • Ensured all reports are compliant and meet agenda closure deadlines
  • Ensured proper registry procedures are adhered to.
