    Description

    You will be required to drive new business acquisitions within designated industry verticals, leveraging strategic marketing and relationship-building initiatives. With a structured sales approach, sell primary products and supply chain solutions locally and internationally.

    Due to our clients' Equity Plan and B-BBEE transformation objectives, preference will be given to African males or females. Only South African Citizens may apply for the position.

    Qualification, Experience & Skills

    • Matric (Grade 12) with a B Degree or relevant Post Graduate Qualification
    • 5-10 years of Sales Experience, ideally in 3/4 PL and/or Freight Forwarding
    • Strong leadership skills with team management experience
    • Solid understanding of sales methodologies and supply chain dynamics
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems,
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
    • Innovative mindset with a client-centric approach

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect, develop and manage new business opportunities
    • Drive profit and revenue growth within industry verticals
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
    • Present and consult at senior management levels
    • Ensure timely handling of bids, tenders, and RFQs
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings
    • Identify and pursue new business ideas and opportunities
