    Description


    Our client, a luxury hotel located in Camps Bay is currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join their team.

    The ideal candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:


    • Diploma in Hotel or Food and Beverage Operations
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a 5star hotel or fine dining establishment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Familiarity with a stock management system, preferably FnBShop
    • Strong personal hygiene and presentation standards
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
    • Proficiency in basic math calculations
    • Experience in F&B administration, food ordering, stock management, and cost control
    • Demonstrated ability to train and manage staff
    • Proven track record of generating innovative revenue ideas
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

    Desired qualifications and experience include:

    • Diploma in Hotel or Food and Beverage Operations
    • Previous experience in Food and Beverage management
    • WSET Wine Level 2 certification or equivalent is advantageous
    • Exposure to FnBShop and Micros systems is preferred
    • Fluency in Xhosa and/or Afrikaans is a plus
