Role Overview
As a Senior Front of House (FOH) Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our client's hospitality tradition.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality industry in a senior position.
Good understanding of food and wine, as well as food cost, and bar stock.
Proficiency in labour law and experience handling a large staff.
High attention to detail - in plating as well as decor.
Passion for the hospitality industry and restaurant, and not a clock-watcherAbility to create and maintain a team atmosphere that promotes positive morale and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the FOH staff and Kitchen Managers to ensure exceptional service is delivered at all times.
Foster a positive and productive work environment for all restaurant staff.
Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of food, service, health, and safety.
Work closely with the General Manager in business planning and implementation.
Uphold a commitment to quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the restaurant.
