- Was used as a testing store for GAAP when introducing new software and hardware
- Dealt with Franchisees when experiencing any issues related to the hands-on experiences
with GAAP

Experience

Corporate Owned Stores
 Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark, and suggest corrective actions where necessary
 Protect brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programs
 Enforce correct use of all supporting elements i.e., point of sale, premiums, etc.
 Act as brand custodian and ensure brand integrity is always protected via adherence to all requirements across key functions namely, Operations, Development, HR, and Marketing.
 Assist development of new stores
 Day to day operations of business
 Stock taking and placing of orders
 Scheduling of staff rosters in alignment
with store budgets.
 Ensuring all non-core orders are aligned
with store budgets.
