Exciting Opportunity for Senior Restaurant Managers to Join our Dynamic Company and work within SA's No. 1 Fast Food brand To be able to run and lead a shift.


Duties:


  • Evaluate the performance of staff and train them if required
  • Ensures work area is clean and organised
  • Handles customer complaints and resolves them effectively
  • Responds quickly and practically to emergencies or unexpected problems during the shift
  • Motivates employees
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:


  • Grade 1
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • English Proficiency
  • Numeracy Proficiency
  • Computer Literate
  • Financial Acumen
  • Ability to work under pressure and enjoy working shifts
